Bio

Besides working as an associate consultant with Sound Jury Consulting, Mike is also a full-time professor of communication studies at the Savannah College of Art & Design. His research on public address and rhetoric has been featured in academic journals and books. He has taught courses at the college level in Public Speaking, Problem Solving in Teams & Groups, Behavioral Research Methods, and Persuasive Speaking. Mike has professional experience in television and film. He has been featured in national commercials for Sprint and Hallmark, among others. He has also acted in feature films and shared scenes with award winning actors such as Gerard Butler, Blake Robbins, and Wes Studi. For seven years he was the host and principle writer for an award winning television talk show called, The Not So Late Show. During this time, Mike was named the “Most Interesting Character in Small Town America” by Reader’s Digest. He currently resides in Savannah, Georgia.
